What this site collects — and what it doesn't.
Browsing this site collects nothing: no accounts, no sign-ins, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. Nothing you read, click, or search on this site is recorded by us.
If you submit a question through the Ask form, we store your question, your email address, and any preferences you select about who should answer (gender, branch, unit, class year). Your email is used only to send you the answer. It is never published or shared.
This site links to outside pages: official government documents, NROTC unit websites, and Buy Me a Coffee. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Voluntary contributions through Buy Me a Coffee are processed entirely by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive no payment details from those transactions.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
